Shop Fruitful Co. reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
We require full payment and successful processing of your payment method before any order can be confirmed and shipped. Until payment is fully authorized and received, Shop Fruitful Co. reserves the right to cancel or delay the processing of your order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as there are NO cancellations allowed once the order has been submitted.
If we are unable to accept your order, or if we must cancel or modify it for any reason, Shop Fruitful Co. will notify you promptly at the email address provided at checkout. We may offer alternatives such as substituting products or issuing refunds where appropriate.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, which can cause delivery delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for this and will not accept disputes or chargebacks due to delays.

Shipping & Delivery
By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you are also agreeing to our full Shipping Policy (linked on our site). Below is a general overview.
At Shop Fruitful Co., we strive to provide timely and reliable shipping. However, all shipping and delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control—carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or logistical issues—may affect delivery times.
Once your order leaves our warehouse and is handed to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss transfer to you. From that point onward, Shop Fruitful Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or missing packages. Please ensure the shipping address at checkout is accurate; we cannot be held liable for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Shop Fruitful Co. may offer support during this process but cannot guarantee resolution.
Intellectual Property

You and Shop Fruitful Co. agree that any claim or proceeding must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you waive any objection based on forum non conveniens or similar doctrine. If any portion of this Section is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
